The Professional Services include a personal Funeral Director that will guide you through this difficult time. The same Funeral Director will guide you through all of the arrangements, including liaising with other professionals as you require. This offers continuity and gives you peace of mind. The Funeral Director will represent you as a client and offer professional advice. The completion of all documentation and forms required for the funeral to take place. The organising of all necessary services and stationary, such as order of services, attendance cards at the funeral and any obituary notices as required, along with all requests that the client may have. This includes the conveyance of your loved one into our care, where they will rest until the day of the funeral, or as your wishes.

This is where we will convey your loved one into our care / Hospital between the hours of 17.00 and 08.00 the next day. Your loved one will rest with us until the day of the funeral, or as your wishes.

Requesting your Loved One at Home or at a Church
It is possible that your loved one rest at home prior to the funeral or is received into church. This incurs an extra charge for the use of the Hearse and arranging staff to carry out this request. It is also advised that Hygienic Treatment / Embalming is carried out if this service is requested.
