I just wanted to take the time to thank you on behalf of my family and I for the manner in which you handled my fathers funeral. I can honestly say that the support and care you took made a huge difference and it was a great comfort for us to know that Dad was in your care throughout. Having never had to make arrangements of this kind before it was a daunting task to say the least, but you were there every step of the way and your attention to detail was amazing and enabled us to give Dad the send off we felt he deserved. Your experience in this field is evident as the wide range of contacts you have allowed us to build a bespoke service that suited Dad perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble or it seemed beyond your capabilities.
