“Our sincere thanks to all at Sims & Jones for the way they helped us when our Father passed away. Special and heartfelt thanks must go to Matthew Sims. From the moment you arrived in our home you showed so much kindness and gentleness, not only to my Mum, Sisters and I, but especially with my Late Father. You taking him into your care, gave us all so much comfort. At every step, you kept us informed, checked in on us to ensure we were ok, and gave us all the information we needed. You made the most difficult of situations, the best it could be. On a personal note, you removed all fear I had about the entire process. Your kindness with Mum and family on the day of the funeral I will never forget, and I am so grateful to you. And finally, your own singing at the service was wonderful. So many have commented and said it lifted everyone.
There are bigger and flashier Funeral Directors available. However, you will never find a kinder, more professional or personal service anywhere. Thank you for all you have done. We will always be grateful to you. God Bless.”
