Dear Sims & Jones Independent Funeral Directors,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you most sincerely for the way you handled the funeral arrangements for my mother in law.
The whole process from initial contact to the internment was conducted with the utmost professionalism but also with that personal touch that is so important at these difficult times. The attention to detail and your expert knowledge made us feel confident and at ease knowing that the funeral would be conducted as we had requested. The work you did behind the scenes eased the burden on my wife so that she could concentrate on grieving for her mother rather than worrying about the funeral. and other associated matters.
