Dear Matthew and all at Sims and Jones,
Just a short note from our family to express our gratitude for helping us through a very difficult time.
The death of a loved one is the most painful event, but after contacting your company, it became so much easier, you listened to all our ideas over the funeral with such patience, compassion and understanding, assisting us with suggestions and options. We were grateful for you co-ordinating ever aspect of the service. It was a dignified caring and thoughtful day from start to finish and we will be forever grateful.
